Nina Sosanya

Nina Sosanya(born 1969) is an English actress. She was born in London and her father is Nigerian . She trained at the Northern School of Contemporary Dance , gaining A-Levels in Performing Arts .She has appeared in many roles in the theatre, on television and in films, for example inSorted,People Like Us,Teachers,Love Actually,Nathan Barley,Renaissance,Casanova,Jonathan Creek,Much Ado About Nothing,Cape Wrath/Meadowlands, theDoctor Whoepisode " Fear Her ", and FM .In 2008 she returned to the RSC to play Rosaline inLove's Labour's Lostand in 2009 appeared in a radio adaptation of a story from the short-story collectionThe State of the Art.She reads the part of Sephy on the audio book versions of Malorie Blackman 'sNoughts and Crossesseries.In January 2010 Nina was in a production at the Novello theatre, London, in the production of 'Cat on the Hot Tin Roof' by Tennessee Williams as Mae Pollock.She appeared as Colly Trent in series 2 of the BBC television drama,Five Days. Most recently she appeared in the BBC4 television seriesTwenty Twelve, a comedy about the London 2012 Olympic buildup, and the BBC1 drama seriesSilk.
