Idol group TEEN TOP makes Shinhwa’s Andy cry
The boys of TEEN TOP caused Shinhwa‘s Andy to shed some emotional tears. Andy who produced TEEN TOP apparently showed some tears after the boys won their first #1 K-Chart win on SBS ‘Inkigayo‘ back on February 5th. This was shortly after their previous #1 on KBS ‘Music Bank‘ on the 3rd. With a recent interview with OSEN, TEEN TOP remarked, “It was our first #1 win since we debuted a year and a half ago. At our company dinner, Andy hyung told us that ‘this is just the beginning.’ We didn’t hear this until later, but he apparently shed tears while watching the broadcast.” Neil added, “We were really excited as well, as we worked hard to achieve this win. It didn’t really sink in when we actually won, but to be honest, we knew that we may win a K-Chart win because “Going Crazy” was such a good song.” “Going Crazy” is an energetic club song with an addictive melody written by hitmaker Brave Brothers, and has stirred interest from the public as TEEN TOP made a fierce transformation for the track. Comeback
On January 13, 2011, Teen Top made their first comeback on M!Countdown with their 2nd single, "Supa Luv", which was produced by Shin Hyuk, the co-producer of Justin Bieber 's hit single, ' One Less Lonely Girl . While the lyrics were written by renowned South Korean singer and song-writer, Wheesung .
On March 2, 2011, Teen Top released an MV for the A-Rex remixed version of "Supa Luv" featuring scenes from the new 2011 American film, Beastly . Teen Top's A-rex Remix version of "Supa Luv" was chosen to be used to promote Beastly throughout Asia.
On July 11, 2011, after celebrating Teen Top's first anniversary, T.O.P. Media (Teen Top's Agency) announced on Teen Top's official site that a new mini album is set to be released on the 26th of July 2011. This will be Teen Top's first mini album. In addition to sharing some details on Teen Top's return, T.O.P. Media also expressed their appreciation for the fans who have been patiently waiting for the group, supporting, and congratulating Teen Top on their one year anniversary debut.
On July 21, 2011, T.O.P. Media released the first teaser for Teen Top's comeback single, "Don't Spray Perfume", through various video sites including YouTube and Daum. The second teaser was released on the 22nd through YouTube. Their first mini album 'Roman' is expected to be released on the 27th through market sales, while audio streaming and downloading will be released on the 26th.
